Current focus of UniImmo: Deutschland

Germany forms the investment focus of UniImmo: Deutschland. At present, the fund may also invest up to 40 per cent of its assets in properties and participations elsewhere in Europe.

To minimise risk, the fund holds properties with various commercial uses. Office property currently predominates, but the fund also invests in hotels, retail outlets, logistics properties and business parks. This diversifies tenant structures across the fund. Modern, sought-after properties in German and European cities provide opportunities to generate attractive rental income, long-term.
