Current focus of UniImmo: Europa

UniImmo: Europa’s investment focus is Europe. At present, the fund may also invest up to 40 per cent of its assets elsewhere in the world.

To minimise risk, the fund holds properties with various commercial uses. Office property currently predominates, but the fund also invests in hotels, retail outlets, logistics properties and business parks. This diversifies tenant structures across the fund. Modern, sought-after properties in European cities, as well as locations in the Americas and Asia, provide opportunities to generate attractive rental income, long-term.
