The over 40 store units are rented out to high-quality tenants like Armani, Manufactum, Strenesse and Ludwig Beck. Furthermore apartments and the art gallery belong respectively to the CityQuartier accommodation above 3,000 square meters. This one, “Fünf Höfe” interpret a grown piece Munich newly ". The historical façades of the archiepiscopal palais, the palais Portia and the former “Bayrische Hypotheken und Wechselbank” will almost completely get and form the familiar frame for a new day room as expressive witnesses to the town history in the middle of Munich. A modern architecture creates transparency by clear lines, much glass and steel and combines with monument protected façades harmonically. Generous arcades and varied courts form completely new structures and open the area to the outside. So a unique atmosphere arises.
