Location

The Corporate Village is situated near Brussels Airport and enjoys easy access to the Belgian motorway network. As well as offering first-class transport links, its central situation and the language skills of the city’s residents make Brussels a truly European location.

The property consists of six office buildings, which are all named after places linked with famous artists, providing around 77,000 square metres of space. The buildings can be connected in pairs via an atrium. Each floor offers a high level of flexibility with regard to the partitioning of rooms.

There is also a four-star hotel and a service centre, with all the buildings being grouped around a public park. Kohn Pedderson Fox and Jaspers were architects for the project.

Providing around 21,700 square metres of office space, the Elsinore and Figueras buildings were acquired by DIFA in early 2002 for the DIFA-GRUND fund.
