With the acquisition of the project development "De Haagsche Zwaan " for the first time UniImmo: Europe acquires an object in the Netherlands. The completion of the twenty floors office tower in the best location of the central business district of Den Haag is planed for March 2009. After completing the office tower will have a height of 73 meters, with the addition of 21 floors including 6 parking floors with 238 parking spaces. The useable area of the facility is expected to an amount of 18,000 square meters. The object was directly acquired from the project developers' OVG Projectontwikkeling BV. There is a pre contract with Deloitte Holding BV for more than 30 percent of capacity. For the remaining space there is a 2-year lease guarantee for project acceptance in 2009.
