Lindner Hotels & Resorts opens multimedia hotel in “Neues Kranzler Eck” CityQuartier
DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG, headquartered in Hamburg, has leased 5,500 square metres to Lindner Hotel & Resorts, in a transaction facilitated by brokers Dr. Lübke GmbH. Düsseldorf-based Lindner Hotels AG is using the space to open a multimedia hotel in January 2004.

The new four-star Lindner Hotel is set to become a top address for business travellers. There are 146 high-tech rooms, while video conferencing, a mobile phone check-out option and office rooms with Internet access give guests access to the latest in fast communication.
