Participants: Aimed at cities with 100,000 inhabitants or more in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK
Qualifying for entry: City planning and building departments, economic development agencies and other municipal institutions, investors, project developers and architects’ practices, etc. are all eligible to enter
Prizes: 1st prize: €15,000 2nd prize: €10,000 3rd prize: € 5,000
