Union Investment Real Estate AG’s VisuWall system
Union Investment Real Estate AG’s modular VisuWall divider system, provided in partnership with INTEK, enables space to be modified to suit specific needs, making costly alterations a thing of the past. The principle is simple: wall panels fit into pre-installed ceiling tracks and lock into place at floor level. The system also includes:
		solid glass-only or wood veneer panels or versions with windows, all corresponding to DIN standards
		accessories such as shelving and doorplates
		cables, switches and power sockets.
Adjoining office space can be conveniently merged in just minutes, or whole floors of individual offices transformed into a single open-plan area.
Good lighting with built-in portability
The OPALIS and LANOS lighting systems were developed in conjunction with our partner ZUMTOBEL STAFF and are specially designed to meet the needs of the modern workplace. The OPALIS range consists of an indirect, dimmable component and a direct component for workstation lighting.

The Immo-Check test
At Union Investment Real Estate AG’s suggestion, the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO has developed a quality assessment for buildings which rates a property’s ability to cope with future challenges. Three different aspects relating to the building itself, the service concept and its surroundings are examined, providing a broad framework for a detailed evaluation.
