About Grand Central Saint Lazare
Grand Central Saint-Lazare is one of the most modern business centres in the heart of Paris. The project at the Saint Lazare Railway station comprises a new business centre with rental space of around 23,700 sq m. It benefits from a location that is unsurpassed in terms of transport links: Saint Lazare station is a major traffic hub in central Paris, used by over 100 million passengers a year.
The iconic building was designed by Ferrier Marchetti Studio and developed by the Carlyle Group. Union Investment acquired Grand Central Saint Lazare as a speculative project development in 2017. With its completion in November 2019 the building simultaneously achieved fully let status.

Grand Central draws inspiration from Gare Saint-Lazare’s extraordinary heritage as the first railway station in France, and its presence within the impressionist paintings of Claude Monet.
