Union Investment currently has real estate assets under management of around EUR 45 billion. Approximately 1.3 billion of this total is accounted for by around 37 logistics properties in Europe. We are aiming to at least double our investment in logistics in Europe over the coming years. Our portfolio also features a number of prominent e-commerce players. We have acquired a range of property types in the past, from a 10,000 sq m warehouse to a logistics centre covering more than 100,000 sq m.
