We cover the entire spectrum of forward deals. Over the past few years, we have secured a high number of properties by means of forward purchase. We are also open to forward fundings under the right conditions. The main focus of our project purchases is in Europe, but we have also accompanied development projects from planning to completion in North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
