New technologies, innovation and digitalization are transforming the real estate industry at a fast pace. At this year’s summit, we explored and discussed with renowned speakers, how companies use digitalization as an opportunity for their business model and also checked out the most innovative start-ups in the field of property technology.

The PropTech Innovation Award was awarded for the third time by Union Investment and the German Tech Entrepreneurship Center (GTEC). Dabbel Automation Intelligence from Germany has won the third round of the competition. CEO Abel Samaniego convinced the jury with his innovative concept: an AI-Autonomous Building Management System that reduces implementation, energy and operational costs significantly and simultaneously provides a healthier indoor environment. The second prize went to the German proptech company Voxelgrid with its groundbreaking imaging solution for generating 2D and 3D building data for existing buildings. The 3rd prize was given to Bao Living from Belgium for their products that make construction of living spaces more affordable and more sustainable.
