Our TEN to 50 campaign focuses on the DACH region. The reason is simple: this is where most of our real estate funds for institutional customers are invested. In addition to prime locations, we are increasingly targeting secondary locations such as Bad Homburg near Frankfurt, and Potsdam near Berlin.
