Union Investment supports various studies and surveys in the real estate sector in order to increase market transparency, take up moods and provide impetus for further discussions. As a rule, the studies reflect the international character of our real estate business.
Global Retail Attractiveness Index

The Global Retail Attractiveness Index (GRAI) measures the attractiveness of retail markets across a total of 20 countries in Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific Region. It is published bi-annually by Union Investment and market research Institute GfK.
Real Estate Investment Climate Study

Union Investment launched its Investment Climate Index in 2005. For the index, market research institute Ipsos conducts interviews with property companies and institutional real estate investors in Germany, France and the UK.
