Uferstadt Fürth is an ensemble of seven different buildings covering part of the former Grundig headquarters. The dominant office space on the banks of the Pegnitz river is complemented by a variety of restaurants and local amenities. This creates a typical campus environment with flexible, open ways of working. The predominant tenants are IT providers and software developers, and a broad range of businesses are represented. The residential buildings surrounding Uferstadt Fürth also contribute to the campus environment.

Uferstadt Fürth is located on the ‘science mile’, which runs between the neighbouring cities of Nuremberg and Fürth. Nuremberg main train station can be reached within ten minutes and a 15-minute journey will take you to the airport. There are good links to the A 73, the B 8 and the public transport network covering the metropolitan region.
