The 38,000 sq m KONRAD campus property consists of the heritage-protected “Wappenhalle” hall, dating from 1939, and ten interconnected buildings (built in 2002) that are grouped around a central courtyard. The property provides approximately 35,000 sq m of flexible office space. Parking for 544 cars is also available in the covered car park. 

KONRAD is a campus property located in the Technologiepark West complex, which forms part of the regenerated Messestadt Riem district and has excellent links to the nearby A94 motorway. Munich’s main railway station and the international airport are each around 20 minutes away.
