The Global Gate III office building was constructed as the last and most efficient of three building sections and stands out due to its slim structure and clear architectural language. The office building comprises ten modernised upper floors and one lower floor, which is used as an underground car park and offers 155 spaces. Grafenberg is a mixed-use district which will be further enhanced by a number of large-scale residential projects, such as the Grafental neighbourhood scheme.
