The building
The residential complex in Himberger Strasse will consist of two buildings which together form an inner courtyard. 83 of the 97 residential units will be two-room apartments with an average size of 40 square metres. The remaining 14 residential units are designed as three-room apartments with an average size of 57.5 square metres. All apartments will have their own open space: small gardens on the ground floor, terraces, balconies or loggias. Just over 300 square meters of the residential complex are intended for commercial space.
Location & surroundings
The 10th Viennese municipality of Favoriten is currently characterised by increased investor activity. One of the reasons for this is that the underground line U1 has been extended to Oberlaa by additional stations. The residents of the residential complex at Himberger Strasse 17 will be able to reach the U1 station, which is also new, comfortably on foot and will then benefit both from the connection to the city centre and from the short distances to the Kurpark Oberlaa and the Vienna Therme there.
