The hotel property in the Inner Neustadt district of Dresden will offer a capacity of 176 rooms for completion in the third quarter of 2019. The future operator is Primestar Hospitality GmbH. The Super 8 brand belongs to the high-growth budget hotel sector, which enables overnight stays in urban centres for a broad section of the population.

The project development in Dresden will be realised at Antonstraße 43 on the northern side of the Elbe in the district Innere Neustadt and in the immediate vicinity of the Dresden-Neustadt railway station. The location offers excellent connections to the city's tram network. The Dresden-Neustadt railway station, the Palaisgarten and the banks of the Elbe are within walking distance.
