The Hyatt House brand hotel follows a so-called long stay concept. The homely furnishings of the 190 rooms, including a living room and an integrated kitchen, also create the conditions for guests to stay longer. In addition, a breakfast area with terrace and a small marketplace for shopping are planned in the hotel. Completion of the building is scheduled for the first quarter of 2020.

The Hyatt House is being developed at the Eschborn industrial site just outside Frankfurt am Main. There are good public and private transport connections to Frankfurt Airport, the city centre and the Frankfurt exhibition grounds. The Eschborn location is characterised by a large number of companies based there.
