Built in 2011, the Schlosspark Center comprises six sections that form a U-shape and enclose a central car park on three sides. It offers 5,965 sq m of rental space. The space is let to local daily-needs providers and medical practices. All retail units are on the ground floor and have separate, ground-level entrances from the car park.

The neighbourhood centre is located directly on Hermann-Hesse-Straße, one of the busiest arterial roads between downtown Berlin and the northern suburbs and beyond. There are some 82,600 residents in the Schlosspark Center’s immediate catchment area, i.e. within a five-minute journey time.
