Siemens Real Estate has built a reception building, four other office buildings and three car parks with 2,200 parking spaces on the 74,300 sq m plot. The ensemble also includes two historic buildings which will be adapted to meet modern-day energy standards. Siemens has signed a long-term lease covering the entire rental space of 77,600 sq m.

Especially notable is the fact that the central reception building and the four new office buildings feature timber hybrid design. This project is one of the first of this size in Germany to involve timber hybrid construction.

The Siemens Campus in Erlangen is one of the largest and most modern Siemens locations in the world. There is a suburban rail station in the immediate vicinity. Multiple motorways and Nuremberg airport are also within easy reach.
