The complex comprises a new office building constructed in 2020 and the Ruby Luna hotel, which will be completed in 2021. Together, the two properties offer a total of 12,045 sq m of rental space. Office space takes up some 4,200 sq m while the hotel accounts for 6,200 sq m. The remaining space is for storage and restaurant use. DGNB Platinum sustainability certification is being sought for the hotel. The office building has DGNB Gold certification.

Kasernenstraße is a street in the heart of Düsseldorf’s banking district. It is one of the most popular submarkets in North Rhine-Westphalia’s state capital. The location has very good public transport links. Completion of the Wehrhahn line has further enhanced the whole area (the tram line has been converted to a metro route).
