The logistics building has an overall height of 18 metres and comprises three floors. It offers total rental space of around 134,600 sq m, of which some 127,300 sq m is devoted to logistics space, 5,370 sq m to offices and a welfare area, and around 1,500 sq m to a truckers’ lounge. There are also 611 car parking spaces, 9 truck waiting areas and 108 truck/swap body spaces. Completion is scheduled for April 2021. The space is already fully let to Amazon.

Achim is located approximately 7 km south-east of Bremen in Lower Saxony. The location benefits from being situated very close to an intersection of the A27 motorway (Bremerhaven–Bremen–Hanover) and has fast and easy access to the A1 motorway (Cologne–Bremen–Hamburg). There are also connections to the A1 (Lübeck–Cologne), A7 (Flensburg–Füssen), A28 (Leer–Bremen) and A29 (Wilhelmshaven–Cloppenburg) motorways. The logistics region around Bremen is one of Germany’s most important industrial locations. The area is a major hub for international freight transport.
