The logistics centre will offer 5,816 sq m of rental space, comprising some 4,590 sq m of warehouse facilities and 1,224 sq m of offices and welfare areas. The plans also include parking spaces for 224 vans and 74 cars. Completion is scheduled for February 2021. The property is already fully let to Amazon.

The property is located in the west of Emden, near the Frisia industrial park. It has direct access to the A31 north–south motorway (Emden–Bottrop) and is very close to Emden outer harbour. Emden lies in the far north-west of Germany and is directly adjacent to the Bremen logistics region with its major North Sea ports.
