The Multicube logistics centre is let on a long-term lease to logistics company Pfennig Logistics. The property is also highly suitable for alternative uses due to its modern and flexible configuration. The building was one of the first ever logistics properties to receive Platinum certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The Rhine-Main region is among the most popular logistics areas in Germany.

The Multicube logistics centre is located in Heddesheim, approximately 20 km east of Mannheim and close to the A5 motorway, which is among Germany’s most important truck routes. At the time of completion, the logistics centre was one of the most sustainable buildings of its kind in the world.
