Built in 2019, the logistics centre offers total rental space of 17,300 sq m, of which 15,300 sq m is devoted to warehouse space, 800 sq m to mezzanine space and 1,200 sq m to offices. It is fully let to German logistics provider Trans Service Team (TST). The new build is expected to receive DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) certification in Gold.

The logistics centre is located on Gneisenauallee in Dortmund. The Ruhr region is one of the most sought-after logistics areas worldwide. The outstanding infrastructure and high population density mean that conditions are highly favourable for logistics services.
