The 49,000 sq m logistics centre in Worms was completed in 2020. The rental space comprises around 44,800 sq m of warehouse space, 2,800 sq m of mezzanine space and 1,600 sq m of offices. There are also 166 parking spaces, 10 of which are for trucks. The property is fully let to German logistics provider Trans Service Team (TST). The new build is expected to receive DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) certification in Gold. 

The logistics centre is located on Mittelrheinstraße in Worms. The Ruhr region is one of the most sought-after logistics areas worldwide. The outstanding infrastructure and high population density mean that conditions are highly favourable for logistics services.
