A modern building complex featuring two towers and covering a gross floor area of some 106,000 sq m above and below ground is set to be completed in 2023. A residential tower, a conference hotel, serviced apartments and office spaces are planned. The hotel tower will accommodate a Maritim-branded conference hotel with 579 rooms. This will be the tallest building in Amsterdam, with 33 floors. The neighbouring residential tower will comprise 176 apartments. The lower 10 floors of the tower will contain serviced apartments across a total of some 4,200 sq m. An underground car park with 550 spaces is also part of the development.

The planned Y-Tower complex is located next to the river in the fast-growing Overhoeks district in the north of Amsterdam.
