Some 34,000 sq m of rental space is available comprising 28,900 sq m of logistics space, 3,700 sq m of offices and 1,400 sq m of mezzanine space. The property also has 31 loading bays and 290 parking spaces. The two-storey office building is separate and even has a swimming pool on the ground floor. The property is fully let to Dimensio Verpakkingen B.V., a manufacturer of recyclable, environmentally friendly plastic packaging. The company intends to make the property its new headquarters. A 15-year lease has been signed.

The logistics facility is located in Stichtsekant business park in the Dutch city of Almere, around 40 minutes’ drive from Amsterdam. The Netherlands has become an important distribution hub within Europe due to its favourable location in relation to the European hinterland and its first-class airports and seaports.
