By the end of 2020, around 49,000 sq m of warehouse space plus 2,300 sq m of mezzanine space and a further 2,300 sq m of offices will have been constructed at the site. The plans also include 52 loading bays and 333 car parking spaces. An architectural highlight will be a bridge that allows staff to access the building without needing to cross the road used by trucks. A curved façade along this section of the building emphasises the high architectural standard. The entire roof will be fitted with solar modules. BREEAM certification of “Excellent” will be sought for the building. The property has already been fully let to Fource Logistics, who will move in upon completion.
