The logistics building will offer approx. 37,000 sq m of rental space, of which 1,335 sq m is earmarked for offices. The ceiling height will be 12.2 metres and the floor load capacity will be five tonnes per square metre. There will be 32 dock levellers for trucks and two ground-level sectional doors. There will also be 268 parking spaces. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022. The aim is to obtain a BREEAM sustainability rating of “Very Good”.
