The logistics centre at Langgewann 2 is used as a multi-tenant property and has been leased to logistics-related companies for the long term. There is 1,440 m2 of office space available in addition to the 30,700 m2 of logistics space. The logistics centre offers good standards in terms of bearing capacity, hall headroom and the number of loading gates. Worms is also a suitable handling location for the Rhine–Main and Rhine–Neckar regions.
