As the first logistics property used by Amazon in Germany, the centre plays a key strategic role in the e-commerce company’s extensive delivery network. The property is ideally suited to the demands of online commerce and consists of two sections, with one two-storey section comprising 66,000 sqm and one single-storey section over 36,000 sqm.

The logistics centre at Amazonstrasse 1 is on an industrial estate in southern Bad Hersfeld, close to the town’s airport. The property can be seen from the A 4 and also offers excellent links to the A 7. The location in central Germany ensures short delivery times for the online retailer.
