The building
The Casal Bertone shopping centre accommodates 56 shops with a focus on national and international chains, including Douglas, OVS, Bata, Cisalfa, Foot Locker and Pimkie. Restaurants and amenities complete the range of offerings. The centre also provides some 1,100 parking spaces in an underground car park. Co-owner Auchan is among the occupiers of the building, with a hypermarket covering around 9,800 sqm.

The Casal Bertone shopping centre is located just to the east of Rome’s city centre in a popular, densely populated residential area. The excellent infrastructure close to Rome Tiburtina station and the ring road ensures that the centre enjoys high footfall.
