The main tenant of the multi-tenant building with around 85 percent of the space is the housing association HSB, which has around 600,000 members in Sweden. The HSB headquarters has a listed façade and is highly visible to the public at its location. The property consists of three building sections with up to eight upper floors. In addition to the office space, around 550 sqm will be used for a restaurant and 210 sqm for retail.
