The building
The 3,500 sq m office building was designed in 1900 by renowned architect Theodor Höijer and most recently updated in 2007–2008. The multi-tenant building is fully let to 17 tenants. The main tenant, who occupies approximately 25 per cent of the space, is the Martha Association, an organisation of some 46,000 members that specialises in matters relating to housekeeping and consumer protection.

The office building enjoys a prominent corner location in Helsinki city centre. It is within walking distance of the well-known Kamppi Centre, which has excellent public transport links and is near Helsinki main railway Station.
