Upon completion, the Holiday Inn Hamburg City Süd will offer 316 guest rooms spread over seven upper floors. The ground floor will accommodate a breakfast area, a lounge with a bar, and several conference rooms, while an underground car park will provide 62 parking spaces. The hotel’s dark red clinker brick façade will allow it to blend in perfectly with the existing local architecture. Another notable feature will be the partially planted flat roof. The sustainability of the property is documented by certification according to both LEED and DGNB Gold.

The new Holiday Inn Hamburg City Süd is being constructed in the Borgfelde district of Hamburg, just 450 metres from the major Berliner Tor suburban rail and subway station. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. Business and leisure travellers will be able to reach Hamburg main railway station and the city centre easily and quickly from the hotel.
