Summary and achievements
The modernisation of the building made necessary by the departure of the main tenant was quick to show results. Nine of the eleven vacant storeys were relet within 12 months, while the upgrading work was still in progress. Five new leases in total were signed for the property. The leases agreed during the project phase covered approximately 17,700 sq m. A further lease for some 400 sq m was concluded in 2016/2017.
